My Work
Europe is what we make of it; I am fighting for a just and fair Europe; a Europe that upholds human rights and social justice not only within its borders but also in its relations with other countries. I am member in the Fisheries Committee and the Committee on the Environment, Public Health and Food Safety. I fight for legislation that puts the environment before profits and ensures biodiversity protection. I focus on the oceans, an often underestimated but crucial ecosystem.
