EU-Agenda on Migration: We need legal and save ways to enter Europe- Not the army!

2.000 people have already died this year trying to reach Europe. There are 4.000.000 Syrian refugees. And what do we do? We argue about 20.000 resettlement places? We need to go far beyond that. Dublin needs to be thoroughly reformed. Governments should work to create a climate of solidarity and should not send the army against refugees.
